In other to serve you better, VEDA Care has numerous service plans that will fit your needs based on product, warranty and sales. Below are a few of our packages available to you.

 

Gold On-Site Repair Service (Premium Corporate Clients)

Call or email VEDA Care or a VEDA service center during business hours to report equipment failure or nagging issues and depending on location, a full diagnosis and repair service can be conducted on site (home or office). Depending on problem, the product will be operational between 2 to 5 business days.

 

Pick & Submit Service (Premium Corporate Clients)

  • Collect from Home or Office
  • 3 Hour Response Time
  • Warranty & Component Service
  • FastFIX Turnaround Time
  • Consultancy Service

If eligible, we aim to pick up your product in record time, diagnose, repair and return in a very short period of time. Clients can call or email VEDA Care and request for pick during Business Hours (8am to 3pm). You can also request for temporary replacement equipment.

 

Drop off Repair Services

  • Testing available to customers
  • FastFIX Turnaround Time
  • Warranty and Component Service

Bring your product to any of our VEDA Care Center nationwide. If eligible, we aim to diagnose, repair for pick up in a very short period of time. Clients pop into VEDA Care during Business Hours (8am to 3pm).

 

Mail Repair Service

  • Mail products directly to VEDA Care

  • Warranty and Component Service

Our new mail-in service is available across Nigeria and allows you to courier equipment for repair to the closest VEDA Care Center. Simply pack equipment into a secure container and contact VEDA Care to schedule collection. Product will be delivered and returned after FastFIX within 2 to 7 working days depending on replacement parts and availability. Please note, courier charges will be billed to the customer for both warranty and component services.
